孙海信,教授,中国,厦门大学信息学院信息与通信工程系
Haixin Sun is a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Informatics, Xiamen University. His research interests include signal processing, hydroacoustic communication, marine organism detection, and identification. He is the Director of Key Laboratory, Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China. Since August 2006, he has been the Associate Professor of Key Laboratory of Underwater Acoustic Communication and Marine Information Technology, Ministry of Education (Xiamen University). He studied under Prof. Keping Xu and obtained outstanding research results. His study mainly focuses on high-speed hydroacoustic communication technologies. From February 2012 to April 2013, he worked with Prof. Shengli Zhou as a visiting scholar at Uconnon, where he studied the cancellation of multicarrier underwater acoustic communications and its application in underwater acoustic networks. Currently, he is conducting research on wireless communication technology with Professor Zhou Shengli’s research team. He is also involved in a US-granted project with Dr. Xiaoka Xu at Uconn, where they have studied many key technologies including cross-layer solutions for networks, and achieved significant research results. Until now, he has chaired one project for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and participated in four NSFC projects. He has delivered 89 papers in several international journals and conferences, including IEEE TIE, JASA, IEEE TVT, Applied Acoustic, and the Chinese Journal of Acoustics. He is holding 26 patents and copyrights. He also serves as an expert at NSFC, and a reviewer of Applied Acoustic, China Ocean Engineering, and the Chinese Journal of Acoustics. He is an IEEE member, a member of the Xiamen Communication Society, and a member of the Xiamen Institute of Electronics.
孙海信,教授,博士生导师,厦门大学信息学院,主要研究方向为信号处理、水声通信、海洋生物探测与识别等方向。自然资源部重点实验室主任,2006年8月-至今厦门大学通信教育部水声通信与海洋信息技术重点实验室,副教授,跟随许克平教授已有的卓越工作,主要承担高速水声通信技术研究。2012.2-2013.4,作为UCONN访问学者,与周胜利教授合作研究水声载波干扰消除及其在协作分集水声网络中的应用。目前,与UCONN大学的周胜利教授的课题组展开了卓有成效的无线通讯技术的相关技术研究,同时与徐小卡博士后一起在UCONN参与了美国基金项目网络的跨层技术研究的关键技术研究,取得了一系列的重大成果和进展。近5年主持国家自然科学基金1项,参加国家基金四项,在IEEE TIE、JASA、IEEE TVT、Applied Acoustic、声学学报等国际期刊和会议上发表论文89篇,授权专利和软件著作权26项。另外,担任国家自然科学基金项目函评专家,Applied Acoustic、China Ocean Engineering、声学学报等审稿人,IEEE会员,厦门通信学会会员,厦门电子学会会员。

Tianhui Fan, male, Han nationality, native of Tieling, Liaoning, born in February 1987, associate professor, master's degree supervisor, currently deputy director of the Department of Marine Engineering, deputy director of Guangzhou Young Scientists Association, executive director and deputy secretary-general of Guangdong Shipbuilding Engineering Society, the first batch of "Young Talent Support Project" young scientists of Guangzhou Science and Technology Association. He is also a member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Shipbuilding Engineering Society. He has long been devoted to the research work related to the deepening, greening and intelligence of ocean engineering, and has conducted in-depth research on the optimal design, performance analysis and testing technology of ocean engineering equipment. In recent years, he has published nearly 40 high-level academic papers in Ocean Engineering and other top journals, as well as international conferences such as OMAE (10 papers in JCR 1), and his achievements have been cited and evaluated by scholars from many research institutions such as MARINTEK (Norway), OTRC (USA), Shanghai Jiaotong University, Harbin Engineering University, Tianjin University and Dalian University of Technology. The results have been cited and positively evaluated by scholars from many research institutions such as MARINTEK (Norway), OTRC (USA), Shanghai Jiaotong University, Harbin Engineering University, Tianjin University and Dalian University of Technology. In recent years, he has chaired the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Youth Fund, Guangdong Provincial Key Project for Marine Economic Development, Guangdong Provincial Key Area R&D Program, Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Program, Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area International Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction Special Project, Guangdong Provincial China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Guangzhou Science and Technology Program, State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering Open Fund, and Coastal and Offshore Engineering Open Fund. The State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering Open Fund and many other vertical research projects at all levels.
樊天慧,男,汉族,辽宁铁岭人,1987年2月生,副教授,硕士研究生导师,现任船舶与海洋工程系副主任,广州市青年科技工作者协会副理事长,广东造船工程学会常务理事、副秘书长,广州市科协首批“青年人才托举工程”青年科技人才称号获得者(海洋学科唯一),国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委、广东省科技厅、广东省科协等项目评审专家,中国海洋平台副主任编委。长期致力于海洋工程深远化、绿色化以及智能化相关研究工作,针对海洋工程装备优化设计、性能分析与试验技术进行了深入的研究。近年在Ocean Engineering等领域内TOP期刊以及OMAE等国际知名会议发表高水平学术论文近40篇(JCR一区论文10篇),相关成果得到了挪威MARINTEK、美国OTRC、上海交通大学、哈尔滨工程大学、天津大学、大连理工大学等多个研究机构学者引用和正面评价。近年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金,广东省海洋经济发展重点项目课题、广东省重点领域研发计划项目课题、广东省科技计划项目粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设专项、广东省中国博士后科学基金、广州市科技计划项目、海洋工程国家重点实验室开放基金以及海岸和近海工程国家重点实验室开放基金等多项各级别纵向科研项目。

Mohammad Russel副教授,孟加拉,大连理工大学海洋科学与技术学院
Mohammad Russel, Associate professor, graduate with a doctorate from China University of Geosciences and currently works in the School of Marine Science and Technology of Dalian University of Technology. He has undertaken a number of national scientific research projects and worked in the Institute of aquatic biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a visiting scholar. From January 2010 to December 2011, he worked as a doctoral student in the food and biotechnology group of agricultural research company in Hamilton, New Zealand for two years. His main research direction is to establish an electromagnetic sensor to detect bacteria in liquid medium. He served as a researcher in the Sino Hungarian Joint Laboratory of biogeology and environmental geology, School of environment, China University of Geosciences from September 2009 to July 2012 (Doctor's Outstanding Performer) and from September 2006 to July 2009 (Scientific Scholar). He used micro reaction calorimeter to analyze toxicological problems in different environments. From September to November 2010, he conducted a two-month internship in the sustainable development group at the United Nations headquarters in New York, USA, engaged in environmental pollution management policy. He is currently an associate editor of IEEE sensors journal, a member of the Institute of engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ) and a professional member of the American Association for the advancement of Science (AAAS).
Mohammad Russel副教授,博士毕业于中国地质大学,目前在大连理工大学海洋科学与技术学院任职。承担多项国家级科研项目,曾以访问学者的身份在中国科学院水生生物研究所工作。在2010年1月份至2011年12月份,以一名博士生的身份在新西兰汉密尔顿Agresearch公司的食品与生物技术组从事了2年的研究工作,主要研究方向是建立一个电磁传感器用于检测液体介质中的细菌。在2009年9月至2012年7月(博士突出表现者的身份)和2006年9月-2009年7月(科学学者的身份)在中国地质大学环境学院,生物地质学与环境地质学中匈联合实验室担任研究员,使用微反应量热仪分析不同环境的毒理学问题。于2010年9月至11月期间,在美国纽约联合国总部可持续发展组进行了为期2个月的实习,从事环境污染管理政策方面的工作。目前是IEEE Sensors Journal的副编辑,新西兰工程师协会会员(IPENZ),美国科学促进会(AAAS)的专业会员。
